Cleaning pet hair from ceiling fan blades?
My ceiling fans collect a thick layer of dog hair on the blades (static + air movement). It’s gross when the fan blows it around. How do you clean high-up blades without making a mess?

Ceiling fan blades are sneaky hair collectors. I wait for a still day, put an old pillowcase over each blade one at a time, pull it off slowly so hair stays inside, then shake outside. For any remaining dust/hair I use an extendable duster first, then adhesive. Taping 1 lint roller to the end of a broom handle lets me reach and roll each blade clean without climbing a ladder every time. Takes about ten minutes total and prevents the hair blizzard when I turn the fan back on.
